Who produces the brand's garments?
MOY garments are certified by the designer and founder of the brand. The garments are entirely handcrafted, carefully created and produced entirely by the designer using environmentally sustainable materials, so as to minimize environmental impact, respecting nature
Can I request a garment that is no longer available?
You can request a garment that is no longer available by contacting us through the email address moy.ordiniespedizionimail.com indicating the model, size, color, circumferences, quantity. The order will be confirmed by email within 24 hours.
Can I request an item that is no longer available in a different material and/or color?
You can request it by email address moyordiniespedizionzionimail.com indicating the type of material and color you want. If the material type or color should not be available from our suppliers and you will be contacted within 24 hours.
How can I compare my size with brand sizes?
You can consult the size chart that can be reached from the important links section
Is it possible to pick up my order at MOY headquarters?
Yes, you can pick up your order by phone appointment. Opening hours:
Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. / 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Sunday closed
PAYMENTS, SHIPPING AND PRODUCTION TIME
How long do I have to wait before receiving my order?
For items available on the site, the delivery time is one week from payment.
For items no longer available on the site, the maximum lead time is 3 weeks (production and delivery times)
What are the shipping costs?
The cost for shipping is charged by the brand and is free of charge for a minimum spend of 150 CHF. For orders over 150. - the cost for shipping is borne by the customer.
Do you also ship abroad?
We currently only ship to Switzerland and to Europe
How do I know if my order was successful?
You will receive an order confirmation in the form of a receipt to your email address within 24 hours of placing your order.
I am not at home at the time of delivery: what happens?
The letter carrier will leave a coupon in the mailbox with all the possible options for delivery. Visit the post office website for more details.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How can I make a return of my order?
To make an order return you can contact us by email moy.ordiniespedizionimail.com and you will receive the necessary instructions
Am I entitled to a refund? If yes, how does this work?
The customer is fully refunded (under the conditions listed below) and if the order is cancelled. The refund is made through the method used to pay for the order
Who pays the return shipping costs?
Shipping costs for the return are paid by the customer
How soon do I get a refund?
The customer will be refunded as soon as we receive an order cancellation or confirmation that the item does not satisfy the customer.
Within how long do I have to make the return?
The customer has nine days from receipt to make the return. Returns made after the deadline will not be accepted and the order will be re-sent to the customer with shipping costs charged. No refunds will be credited
